Precision Universal Joint & Ball Joint Connection for Zero-Clearance Transmission

High-precision pin shafts and joint bearings are adopted internally, matched with external adjusting nuts to effectively eliminate backlash caused by mechanical wear. The rigid connection transmits the driver’s hand movement to the gearbox at a 1:1 accurate ratio, delivering crisp gear shifting and preventing gear slipping out.

Compact Layout with Wide Adaptability

Designed with a triangular supporting structure, the whole unit greatly saves installation space. It is especially suitable for narrow mounting areas such as under cab floors and beside seats, solving the layout difficulties of shift mechanisms on old-style vehicles and special machinery.

Adjustable Stroke for Easy Maintenance

Threaded adjusting structures with golden adjusting nuts are fitted at the end of connecting rods.
